It is important to know that there is no mobile signal in the area due to the Inn’s location in the middle of a valley. The nearest place with mobile signal is 1 km away. Wi Fi is available.
Reservation Cancellation:
Cancellation or alterations of reservations must be sent via e-mail to reservas@pousada4luas.com.br
There is no refund of deposits. Cancellations or alterations made up to 30 days before checking in will be charged 5% of the reservation deposit. Cancellations or alterations made up to 15 days before checking in will be charged 50% of the reservation deposit. Cancellations or alterations made in a period inferior to 15 days before checking in will be charged 100% of the reservation deposit. The amount charged will become a credit and it will be available throughout the year of reservation. Checking out before the set day will be charged 100% of the remaining agreed daily rates.
When making the reservation the guest declares to be aware of and in accordance with the cancellation policy presented above.
